Dave joined Healthnetwork Foundation in 2025, bringing with him a deep and diverse background in healthcare. He began his career as an occupational therapist and has since held key leadership roles in both non-profit and for-profit hospital systems. His executive experience includes growing physician and hospital networks, as well as driving clinical excellence across various organizations.

In addition to his leadership roles, Dave has worked as a healthcare consultant, allowing him to collaborate with health systems across the United States. His passion for connecting people with high-quality healthcare that leads to better outcomes is what inspired him to join Healthnetwork Foundation.

Dave earned his bachelor’s degree with a dual major in Occupational Therapy and Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and his Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University. He lives in the greater Cleveland area with his wife and children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors, walking, fishing, hunting, and, most of all, watching his children play various sports.
